the only problem i saw was whoever was in the room previously had made a pot of coffee and the staff had not dumped the pot or replenished the regular coffee packet.
This place is in a small town with not many other nearby options so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was very pleased with what I found. Probably one of the cleanest places I've stayed. I was greeted at the front desk by the sweetest little boy (and his mom ) ever! Obviously a family run establishment, the lobby closes at 10 pm so make sure you arrive by then or make prior arrangements. Bathroom was modern and the room itself was large. Bed was comfortable. I did not notice any noise or other concerns from outside. Mine was a quick stay for work nearby so I did not need any other services so cannot speak to that. Overall I was very happy and would highly recommend.
Room for extremely clean, eyes thought it was going to be a bad hotel, cuz only seen about two or three cars. But no, it's pretty nice hotel. Kind of weird with its like a computer thing to call for assistance, if no one is at the front desk. talk to you through the TV kind of weird to understand.
This hotel was amazing for all our guest. We held a huge event this past Saturday and Clock Tower accommodated a bunch of our key speakers and musicians from all around the country. Along with several guest that came from all over the country that stayed here and came to our event. Mendy, the manager of the hotel, was an awesome person to work with over the few months leading up to the event. Even the day after she helped accommodate us. If we could give a 100 stars for this hotel we would. Absolute great place to stay and we will definitely be working together in the future.
I was completely blown away by the comfortable suite I was given, especially since it was considerably cheaper than a comparable room at a nearby Holiday Inn. The bed was heavenly, and the hot tub was just what the doctor ordered. The entire facility was extremely clean and well-maintained, and the staff was polite and accommodating. I can't wait to be back in the area to stay here again! LOVED IT!
We absolutely LOVE this hotel. We stay here every time we are in the area. We avoid staying in Decatur (not recommended). Berne is such a cute little town. This hotel is very very clean with comfortable beds and nice Amish-made furniture and pictures. When traveling, we like to bring our dog and the Clock Tower has 2 pet rooms, which are amazing. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. I highly recommend it.
Rooms have an old fashion kind of vibe, nice, staff was nice the cleaning girl very friendly and helpful surprised to find a bilingual person in this area of the country, even though the hotel is on the highway it's pretty quiet breakfast was good except they closed it down to early and quickly
The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and well kept. I can't think of anything negative about my stay. A pool would be nice... maybe they'll put one in soon.
